Meet The Feelings Lady, Elishia Basner.

Elishia Basner, M.S., is a school counselor, writer, and parenting coach. She has taught people of all ages and backgrounds the principles and practices of emotional healing for 13 years. Elishia helps people develop attitudes, behaviors, and habits that promote a life full of growth and self-discovery.

Students are introduced to concepts of communication, healthy choices, personal boundaries, coping strategies, and self-expression. These activities can be used for small group counseling, individual counseling, or school counseling classroom lessons.
