Doing it on your own is fine until it isn’t. Sometimes, you need an in-depth conversation to gain clarity, set boundaries, or identify a path forward. My job is to provide a safe and healing space for parents to discover the path that’s right for them. Needing help doesn’t mean you are a “bad parent.” Parenting is really hard sometimes. It’s okay to need help.
My job is to connect with the parent behind the scenes, so that you become the hero of the story.
We often don’t know what we don’t know. When your first child is in high school and you’ve never navigated the intricate system of applying for college–it’s good to have someone who knows the ropes on your side. When your youngest has a meltdown each time you ask him to put on his clothes–it’s okay not to know what to do. I’ve worked with preschool-aged children through college-aged and know that sometimes you just need a little extra help.
If you have a challenge related to a child with tantrums, defiance, screen use, attention, college preparedness, or any other specific problems related to parenting, I’d love to help customize a plan that helps you deepen your connection with your child and eases the struggle of parenting.
